Emily Palmer counsels hospitals, health systems and other health industry clients on the regulatory issues that impact their businesses. She also provides advice and conducts due diligence on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations and joint ventures.

Prior to attending law school, Emily worked in contracts management for a large healthcare services company.

During law school, Emily held positions at a Chicago-area hospital and the Chicago-Kent Institute of Science, Law and Technology, where she focused on compliance and digital health issues, respectively. She also participated as a Senior Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Chicago-Kent Law Review.
