Overview
The fourth piece of legislation to be adopted as part of the new European digital package, the Data Act has the simple aim of facilitating the circulation of data, particularly from connected objects, between private and even public players, while at the same time making it easier to change cloud providers.
In practice, however, it remains a complex piece of regulation in terms of both its scope and its operational implementation, which must be carried out in harmony with the regulations on the protection of personal data.
