Employee share ownership should become more attractive from a tax perspective

Sebastian Bonk and Dr Florian Schiefer have classified the current reform proposals to increase the attractiveness of employee share ownership in the Unternehmeredition 02/2023. Employee share ownership has become an important factor in the competition for talent. So far, however, the tax framework in Germany has been unsatisfactory. This is now to change with the Future Financing Act.
