June 25, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce Gregg Steinman has been named an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor.
Gregg focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, particularly chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He advises clients on all stages of in- and out-of-court restructurings. His experience includes representing corporate debtors, receivers, trustees, creditor committees and creditors. Gregg also has extensive restructuring experience in a variety of fields, including energy, cryptocurrency, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation.
