CHICAGO (July 4, 2023) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery received outstanding rankings in this year’s IAM Patent 1000. The Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group earned silver and bronze placements across the US and Germany this year alongside 24 individual lawyer recommendations and eight practice rankings.
This year showcased gains for the patent litigation practice, notably, received a new ranking for Texas in Bronze Band in patent litigation and Illinois as Recommended in prosecution. Improved rankings for Massachusetts to Silver Band in patent litigation. Additionally, six of McDermott lawyers were newly ranked.
