February 20, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Katharine “Kate” O’Connor has been recognized in Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2024 Notable Women in Law list.
Kate focuses her practice on complex antitrust litigation and antitrust investigations brought by US antitrust regulators and state attorneys general. She advises clients on antitrust compliance questions and regularly represents clients before antitrust regulators related to mergers and acquisitions. Kate has experience representing clients in a wide array of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, food and finance.
