December 4, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is proud to share that Kathleen Pearson has been elected a College of Law Practice Management Fellow.
As McDermott’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Kathleen oversees the strategies for all people-related functions, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits. With more than 20 years of experience in human capital management, she has held leadership roles across the legal industry and focuses on building resilient, diverse teams that are empowered to adapt, innovate, and navigate any situation.
The College of Law Practice Management is a professional, educational, and honorary association dedicated to improving law practice management and enhancing the professional quality of and public respect for the law. Membership is by invitation to honor those individuals who have proven to their peers, their employers, the bar, the bench, and the public via their performance as it relates to law practice management. To date, nearly 300 practitioners from five different countries are College of Law Practice Management Fellows.
The Class of 2025, made up of Kathleen and 12 other fellows-elect, will be officially inducted in February at the Annual Meeting & Futures Conference.
