Overview
June 20, 2024 – Legal 500 US 2024 has once again recognized international law firm McDermott Will & Emery as a leading firm with 48 practice rankings, including six in Tier 1 and 11 in Tier 2.
The Firm received 270 lawyer recommendations. Forty-two lawyers were recognized for the first time, and 37 lawyers received special rankings in the “Hall of Fame,” “Leading Lawyers,” “Next Generation Partners” and “Rising Stars” categories.
New and Improved National Practice Rankings:
McDermott gained a new ranking in International Arbitration (Tier 5). Improved rankings included Labor & Employment: Workplace and Employment Counseling (Tier 2); Labor & Employment Disputes (Tier 3); Restructuring: Corporate (Tier 4); Government Contracts (Tier 4); and Investment Fund Formation and Management: Private Equity Funds (Tier 5).
