March 19, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named Elizabeth Rodd an “Up & Coming Lawyer” and honored Annabel Rodriguez for “Excellence in Pro Bono” as part of its Excellence in Law Awards.
Elizabeth focuses her practice on high-stakes commercial litigation and government investigations. She represents clients in a broad range of civil and criminal proceedings, including contract disputes, business torts, sexual assault allegations, federal securities laws and white-collar criminal matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts across the country.
Annabel focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and white-collar defense. She has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of high stakes commercial disputes and government enforcements matters. Annabel also has substantial pro bono experience, including representation of indigent criminal defendants and cases brought pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
