Munich, September 2, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery is further expanding its private equity practice and is adding another counsel to the team. Alexandra Prato joins McDermott’s Munich office as of September 1, 2024.
Alexandra Prato advises private equity sponsors on national and cross-border M&A transactions. Her expertise covers a broad range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments and sale processes.

McDermott Will & Emery has strengthened its transactional practice in recent months with several lateral hires and currently has around 100 lawyers at its Frankfurt, Munich and Düsseldorf/Cologne offices.
