Michael Austin rejoined the Miami office as a litigation partner after launching his career there in 2000 and joining another major law firm in 2012 before returning. “The positive and energetic culture at MWE is second to none, and the quality of the legal talent at MWE is unparalleled,” Mr. Austin said about his return.
Daniel von Brevern has joined the Düsseldorf office as a competition law partner. Coming from a Magic Circle firm, Mr. von Brevern said he joined McDermott because the Firm “allows me to actively participate in further strengthening an already leading German and European competition law practice.”
