McDermott Advises Ageras in an Exclusive Agreement with Société Générale Group for the Acquisition of its Subsidiary Shine

McDermott Will & Emery has advised Ageras, a unique platform enabling small businesses to centralize banking services, accounting and tax returns, in an exclusive agreement with Société Générale Group with a view to acquiring its subsidiary Shine, a FinTech specialized in payment services for the self-employed and small businesses.

This transaction remains subjected to the usual conditions precedent, and to the approval of the relevant financial and regulatory authorities.
