McDermott Will & Emery advised Arago’s founder Jean-Christophe Péaudeau and shareholders (Yannick Raba and Capitem Partenaires) in connection with the historical shareholders’ (Yannick Raba and Capitem Partenaires) exit and Calcium Capital’s minority investment in Arago, alongside Jean-Christophe Péaudeau, who remains Arago’s majority shareholder.
Founded in 2010 by Jean-Christophe Péaudeau, Arago specialises in the integration, resale, and maintenance of SaaS HRIS solutions as well as expense and business travel management solutions.
The McDermott team comprised:
- Grégoire Andrieux, Herschel Guez, partners, Boris Wolkoff, Margot Rousseau, and Faycal Laraki (associates) on Corporate aspects;
- Côme de Saint-Vincent (counsel) and Armand d’Aboville (associate) on the tax aspects of the transaction.
