Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised AREV, a specialist in European private equity investments, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Komposite, one of France’s leading data management specialists, alongside its management.
The aim of this operation is to support Komposite in its next phase of growth, notably by strengthening its position as technological leader and focusing its development plan on acquiring new customers, through organic and external growth.
