McDermott Advises Art-Invest on the Sale of the Pullman Cologne Hotel to Pandox

Düsseldorf, 1 April 2025 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised its regular client Art-Invest Real Estate on the sale of the Pullman Hotel in Cologne, Germany, to the Swedish Pandox AB.

The Pullman Cologne Hotel has 275 rooms and is one of the leading conference hotels in the city. The tenant is AccorInvest.

Art-Invest Real Estate is a Cologne-based real estate investment and development company with a long-term focus whose investments cover the entire risk/return spectrum in the office, retail, hotel, residential and data center sectors. With approx. €12.5 billion of assets under management, Art-Invest is one of the largest project developers of offices and hotels in Germany.

Pandox, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is one of the largest hotel owners in Europe with 162 hotel properties and around 36,000 rooms. Founded in 1995, the company owns, develops and leases hotel properties to experienced hotel operators under long-term, revenue-based leases with guaranteed minimum levels.
