Overview
McDermott Will & Emery advised Galiena Capital, an independent specialist in investments in French SMEs, on the sale by Fleurus Edition of Ediser (Media-Participations), a specialist in educational engineering solutions for driving schools and professional training organizations.
This operation aimed to support Ediser’s development in the digitalization of driver training professionals, and to consolidate its leadership position in France and internationally.
The McDermott team advising Galiena Capital included :
