International law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised one of the affiliates of H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global alternative investment firm with $65 billion of capital under management, and its portfolio company Rainham Industrial Services on the acquisition of TEi, a leading provider of mechanical repair and maintenance services to the power generation and petrochemical industries. This acquisition brings together two highly complementary companies, leveraging shared expertise and expanding their service offerings across key industrial markets.
