Paris, May 26, 2023 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised the founder of HB Aesthetics, a Spanish manufacturer of dermo-cosmetic products, in Amethis Europe Expansion’s minority investment, alongside Siparex.
HB Aesthetics‘ ambition with this transaction is to extend its international development to the most active markets (Asia, North America, the Middle East and Africa), and to accelerate the reduction in packaging already underway.
