McDermott advised IK Investment Partners on its investment in the Blanchon Group, alongside Abenex Capital. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
The Blanchon group focuses on the construction and housing sectors, and in particular on the parquet flooring, industrial, wood and materials and paint wholesale markets, as well as DIY stores.
