Frankfurt, February 26, 2025 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised German digital health company Kranus Health on the conclusion of a cooperation agreement with Gedeon Richter Pharma GmbH.
As strategic partners, both companies aim to advance digital care in gynecology and specifically support the market entry and marketing of Kranus Mictera, an innovative digital therapy for the treatment of female incontinence.
Kranus Health GmbH based in Berlin and Munich, Germany, and with a branch in Paris, France, specializes in digital therapy programs, particularly in the field of urology.
German-based Gedeon Richter Pharma GmbH is a subsidiary of the specialty pharmaceutical company Gedeon Richter Plc. headquartered in Hungary. With 41 branches and over 12,800 employees worldwide, Gedeon Richter is one of the most successful pharmaceutical companies in the fields of women’s health, neuropsychiatry, biotechnology and general medicine.
