Munich, April 1, 2025 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Main Capital Partners on its majority investment in VOQUZ Labs AG, a German provider of SAP license management and IT spend optimization software. The transaction, in which Main Capital Partners is acquiring a 95.3% stake, is expected to close by the end of April 2025. Upon closing, Main intends to initiate a squeeze-out of minority shareholders.
The acquisition marks the seventh platform investment for Main Capital Partners’ latest fund, Main Foundation II, launched in April 2024.
VOQUZ Labs, listed on the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange and Vienna Stock Exchange, is headquartered in Berlin and employs approximately 40 staff. The company offers a highly specialized software portfolio including samQ, visoryQ, and remQ. These solutions enable enterprises to automate SAP license management, streamline access governance, and ensure compliance.
