McDermott Will & Emery has advised MBO+ on its acquisition of HPS INTERNATIONAL, a leading manufacturer and distributor of complex industrial hydraulic cylinders.
This transaction was accompanied by the acquisition of CODIPRO, a Luxembourg-based specialist in high-end articulated lifting rings.
