Munich, February 16, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Pricoa Private Capital on the financing of the acquisition of Nayak Aircraft Services by Chequers Capital. The firm advised on the cross-border deal with a team of lawyers from the Munich, Milan and Paris offices.
Private equity sponsor Chequers Capital will support the management team of Nayak-LM GmbH and its subsidiaries in the realization of their growth targets.
Nayak provides outsourced security and maintenance services to the European aviation industry in 16 countries. With more than 1,000 employees, the company generates a turnover of €120 million.
