Frankfurt, July 15, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Soennecken eG on the acquisition of Erstling GmbH.
Soennecken eG headquartered in Overath, Germany, is a leading trade co-operation for office and home office products and services in German-speaking countries with over 480 employees. The company also includes the specialist office retailer Ortloff and the IT system house co-operation Nordanex.
Berlin-based Erstling GmbH is a full-service provider of teaching materials, textbooks and school furniture.
McDermott Will & Emery regularly advises Soennecken on transactions.
