Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised the Herbarom Group, a French manufacturer of organic cosmetics and food supplements, on the initial opening of its capital to Bpifrance and BNP Paribas Développement.
The arrival of these new minority shareholders will enable the group to make further acquisitions, and to develop its burgeoning business; designing, manufacturing and distributing organic products made from natural ingredients and plant extracts.
