McDermott Will & Emery has advised Verdoso, an investment holding specializing in assisting small and medium-sized businesses in their transformation phases, on a strategic investment in Estelec Industrie, a fast-growing Alsatian electronics company (EMS).
Thanks to this partnership with Verdoso, the company will be able to strengthen its financial base and production capacities, expand its presence in new markets and continue to offer its customers cutting-edge technological solutions.
The investment aims to position Estelec Industrie as a leading French EMS.
A member of the BPI Gas Pedal and DGE ETIncelles programs, and a FrenchFab ambassador, Estelec Industrie relies on 100% French production through two production sites in Alsace, both at the cutting edge of the latest technologies.
