McDermott Will & Emery has advised Weinberg Capital Partners on its acquisition of a stake in ProNet Services, a Swiss facility management company.
This investment represents the second transaction for the LBO fund, WCP#4.
The McDermott team comprised:

- Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly, partner, Stanislas Chenu and Martin Baffou, associates, on financing aspects
