July 12, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been commended for Litigation Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2024.
McDermott, together with Addleshaw Goddard, jointly advised Entain plc on its negotiation of a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the subsequent approval by the Court of the DPA. It was the first time the CPS has resolved an investigation with a DPA.
