McDermott Advises SOS Oxygène on the Acquisition of VitalAire Japan from the Air Liquide Group

McDermott Will & Emery advised SOS Oxygène, a leading provider of respiratory care services, on the acquisition of VitalAire Japan, a provider of respiratory services in Japan, from the Air Liquide Group.

SOS Oxygène carried out this transaction with the participation of Bpifrance’s Build-Up International Fund.
