International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has relocated its expanding Delaware office to the Brandywine Building in the heart of downtown Wilmington.
With close proximity to clients and courthouses, McDermott’s new Wilmington office is ideally located and provides a space designed for collaboration and innovation. This office move is part of the Firm’s larger overall design approach and growth mindset for the future, ensuring clients have the support and counsel they need in the geographies where they need it most.
Located at 1000 N. West Street, the Brandywine Building is a 19-story high rise originally built in 1970 by the DuPont Company and recently was converted to modern office space. The McDermott office features bright spaces, high ceilings, expansive areas for collaboration and breathtaking views of the city and surrounding countryside. The office also includes the Rockford Employee Lounge, adjacent to the reception lobby via a glass wall, a modern design element unique to Wilmington.
