Paul and Caitlyn co-lead McDermott’s SEC enforcement practice, where they defend clients in high-stakes SEC investigations, complex internal investigations, and securities litigation nationwide.
As a member of McDermott’s management committee and the global head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Steven focuses on SEC investigations, shareholder litigation – including class and derivative actions – and internal investigations.
