CHICAGO (September 13, 2017) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery announced today that it is continuing the expansion of its finance and private equity practices in Chicago with the addition of partner Anh Lee. Ms. Lee joined from Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is the third corporate lateral to arrive in McDermott’s Chicago office in the last four months.
Ms. Lee advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on debt financing and representing investment and private equity funds as well their portfolio companies. She also advises public and private companies in all aspects of secured and unsecured financing, leveraged buy-outs and restructurings.
