December 9, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery’s business restructuring practice has been ranked for the first time in Global Restructuring Review’s GRR 30 list. McDermott enters at number 23, which is a testament to the Firm’s growing global reputation as one of the world’s leading firms for cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
Under the leadership of Chicago Partner Felicia Gerber Perlman, McDermott’s business restructuring practice has expanded significantly across the United States and Europe in the past several years. Key team members include London Restructuring Co-Heads Mark Fennessy and Aymen Mahmoud, Paris Partner Timothée Gagnepain, and German Co-Chairs Dr. Uwe Goetker and Dr. Matthias Kampshoff.
