Overview
International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce it has again earned the top position in IsraelDesks’ Capital Markets league tables published in Legally Israel 100. McDermott is described as “the head of the pack for regular day-to-day work involving Israeli clients across many cutting-edge sectors, especially technology, bio-tech and life science,” as well as “a strong presence in high-tech… M&A and litigation.”
“Our team continues to provide Israel-based clients and clients doing business in Israel with best-in-class counsel on strategic investments, acquisitions and all business transactions,” Mark Selinger, co-head of the Firm’s Israel group, said. “This ranking further solidifies our position in the Israeli market which has been enhanced by the recent addition of David Huberman, who exemplifies McDermott’s culture of being highly responsive and committed to providing outstanding client service,” Gary Emmanuel, co-head of the Firm’s Israel group, added.
In addition to ranking #1 in Capital Markets by deal volume, McDermott ranked #3 in Hi-Tech and #5 in M&A deal volume. McDermott also ranked top ten in the Energy & Infrastructure, Employment, Litigation and Capital Markets value categories.
Three McDermott lawyers are also recognized with individual rankings based on survey and market feedback from cross-border US and Israel lawyers.

Ben often acts as special Delaware and US counsel for Israeli based clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private placements, investment rounds and public offerings involving Delaware corporations and alternative entities. Ben’s ranking jumped from “Prominent Name” in 2021.
Mark Selinger is recognized as a “Prominent” individual. He has worked with Israeli companies for decades in both public offerings and M&A transactions.
