CHICAGO (September 30, 2022) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been named Law Firm of the Year for Healthcare Services as part of The Deal Awards 2022. The recognition honors firms that have developed innovative solutions to complex problems during transactions and have redefined legal strategy in the market.

The Firm was also shortlisted within the Private Equity Deal of the Year category for its role in providing healthcare regulatory counsel to Medline Industries, Inc. in its sale to Blackstone, Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman. Medline’s McDermott team was led by Byron Kalogerou.
