November 21, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been honored with the Large Turnaround of the Year award at the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) 2024 Chicago/Midwest Chapter Awards for its role in the restructuring of Output Services Group, Inc. (OSG).
OSG successfully completed its reorganization, emerging from chapter 11 with a strong balance sheet and new ownership group. The reorganization included exiting its UK business and significantly reducing its debt burden, positioning OSG for growth in its core North American operations. A McDermott team led by Brad Giordano and Felicia Perlman played a crucial role in this process, serving as OSG’s legal counsel and providing essential guidance throughout the reorganization.
