February 13, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been recognized for the 14th consecutive year by World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000 2024. As a leader in the space, McDermott’s trademark team is ranked in a number of categories and is recognized in locations of key strategic importance to clients, including Illinois and Washington, DC.
In Illinois, the Firm received a Silver Band for prosecution and strategy and a Bronze Band for enforcement and litigation. WTR highlighted that McDermott “delivers a full service from its Chicago office when it comes to trademark rights. From registration, counselling and prosecution to enforcement matters, clients are well supported by the team in Illinois.” Ranked lawyers in Illinois:
- Christina Martini – Gold Band for prosecution and strategy, and Silver Band for enforcement and litigation. In California, Sarah Bro received a Bronze Band for prosecution and strategy.
