Overview
International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Atlantic Street Capital Management, L.L.C. (ASC), a Connecticut-based private equity firm managing private investment funds, in its acquisition of Dynamic Campus Solutions, Inc., a Texas-based provider of technology outsourcing, managed services and related support and solutions to higher education institutions.
The McDermott team was led by Billy Hutchens and Jeff Cassidy and included Will Orner and Marisa Montoya with specialist support from Jeffrey Holdvogt, Joan-Elisse Carpentier, Scott Kenkel, Kate Vera Coverdale, Elena Otero, Kelly Holloway, Kristi Mankowske, Jennifer Mikulina, Maxwell Preston, Brian Mead, Melis Solaksubasi, David Saunders, Heidi Hutchins, Alejandro Ruiz, John Zhang, Deepak Tamasker, Lisa Richman, Heidi Steele and Betty Brito.
The McDermott finance team included Kathy Schumacher, John Parker, Will Wright and Robin Riley who structured, negotiated and documented a credit facility, consisting of a term loan, revolving credit facility and delayed draw term loan.
