International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented BC Partners, a leading international investment firm in private equity, private credit and real estate strategies, in its partnership with Princeton Medspa Partners (PMP), one of the leading national medspa acquisition platforms. This strategic capital solution to facilitate expansion resulted in the closing of $120 million in committed financing.
