International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Constellation Brands, Inc. (Constellation Brands), a leading beverage alcohol company, in its SEC-registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Senior Notes due 2029.
Constellation Brands is an international producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits with operations in the US, Mexico, New Zealand and Italy. Constellation’s brand portfolio includes Corona Extra, Modelo Especial, the Robert Mondavi Brand Family, Kim Crawford, Meiomi, The Prisoner Wine Company, High West, Casa Noble and Mi CAMPO.
The McDermott deal team was led by Heidi Steele and included Sunyi Snow, Glen Ready, Marisa Montoya and Dan Zucker.
