International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented CyEx, a leading provider of digital consumer security solutions, in its acquisition of Simpluris Inc. (Simpluris), the industry leader in class action settlement administration for the public sector across various verticals, notably employment and consumer litigation. Since its founding, Simpluris has been involved in over 9,000 matters and distributed over $9 billion in funds.
