International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity investor, in its $179 million growth investment into Gravie, one of the fastest growing employer health benefits companies in the United States. Gravie plans to use the capital to fuel its continued growth through investments in all areas of the company, including expanding its flagship health plan for small- and medium-sized businesses.
The McDermott deal team was led by Karen Gibbs and Michael Byrne and included Sarah Raaii, Kate McDonald, Amy Pimentel, Ryan Higgins, Gregory Mitchell, Mimi Alexandre, Lexi Foss, Emily Curran, Amanda Kane, Jacob Weissman and Casey Li.
