CHICAGO (September 14, 2016) – International law firm McDermott represented Jimmy John’s LLC in connection with the agreement to sell a majority interest in the Company to Roark Capital Group.
Jimmy John’s has over 2,500 company owned and franchised sandwich shops with over $2 billion in annual system wide revenues.
Jimmy John Liautaud, founder of the Company and long-time McDermott client, will remain as Chairman and the largest individual shareholder.
