International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Lee Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, in its partnership with Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS), one of the largest independent cardiovascular practices in the country, to launch a national cardiovascular platform, Cardiovascular Logistics. The launch of Cardiovascular Logistics will build and support a network of cardiovascular practices across the nation, all with a common mission to provide the highest-quality cardiovascular care available.
