Overview
McDermott Will & Emery represented PRISM Vision Holdings, LLC, a premier provider of general ophthalmology and retina management services, and its investor Quad-C, a leading middle market private equity firm, in its sale to McKesson. PRISM physicians will retain a 20% interest in PRISM Vision, while McKesson will purchase an 80% interest for approximately $850 million.
The McDermott team was led by David Ivill and included Krist Werling, Hunter Sharp, Joe Parise, Andrea Zazulia, and Anna Sikorski.
