International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented a subsidiary of RFR Holding LLC, a New York-based real estate owner, investor and developer, in its $1.2 billion mortgage financing of 375 Park Avenue, New York, New York, an approximately 860,000 square foot, landmarked office tower commonly known as the Seagram Building.
McDermott represented RFR in its initial acquisition of 375 Park Avenue in 2000 and in subsequent financings and refinancings, most recently in June 2024.
The McDermott team was led by Elias Eliopoulos, Philip Fitzpatrick and Diego Torres-Lugo, with additional assistance from Nathan Barnett, Andrew Granek, Robert Mower and Todd Solomon.
