Overview
International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented investment vehicles affiliated with Rhône Capital (Rhône), a global private equity firm, in their investment in Sweet Oak, a joint venture with the owner of Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC formed to complete the acquisition of Whole Earth Brands, Inc. through a take private merger. The acquisition was funded by Rhône’s equity investment and a senior secured debt facility.
