International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented SubjectWell, a Texas-based provider of the most accurate, diverse, predictable, and patient-centric patient recruitment platform and portfolio company of Windrose Health Investors (WindRose), in its acquisition of Germany-based Trials24, provider of global digital patient recruitment solutions. This strategic partnership will connect patients to transformative care globally.
WindRose makes equity investments in companies that operate within the services sectors of the healthcare industry and acquired SubjectWell in April 2024.
