McDermott Represents The Sterling Group in its Acquisition of West Star Aviation

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented The Sterling Group, LP, an operationally-focused middle market private equity firm, in the financing of its acquisition of West Star Aviation, LLC, a provider of maintenance, modification and other services to aviation customers.
