International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented private equity firm Wellspring Capital Management LLC, in the sale of its portfolio company, Help at Home, a leading US home care provider delivering in-home, community-based care to seniors and persons with disabilities in 13 states, to a consortium that includes Centerbridge Partners and The Vistria Group. Help At Home operates as Oxford Healthcare, Excel Companion Care, Coastal Home Care and Altrus.
